Focus Dog Walking and Pet Sitting

What Happens Next?

If you are thinking of engaging Focus Dog Walking and Pet Sitting Services we will arrange a meeting. The initial consultation will be undertaken by the owner of the business. The purpose of this meeting for us to meet each other and to meet your pet. We will take details of things which help us care for your pet whilst they are in our care, such as age of pet, medical conditions etc. These will form the basis of your client record.

This is also your opportunity to ask any further questions and get more information about our services.

You are not under any obligation or pressure to engage us at the end of the meeting, you can think about it and contact us afterward.

We will talk about what kind of package you want and how often you require Focus Dog Walking and Petting Sitting services. Please note bookings can be occasional, daily, weekly or monthly.

You will be asked if you would like to sign a consent form which enables us to take your pet to your vet on your behalf in the case of an emergency. We hope this situation never arises but it could happen, especially in the case of convalescent or very elderly dogs. The form is simply a precaution, similar to ones they have for children in schools, it would just allow us to get your pet to the vet in time and could make all the difference. You have the right to refuse to sign this.

If you require me to be a key holder for your property please be assured that this are held in a secure location and we are fully insured for key holding.
